One of the biggest factors in making the decision of which software to purchase is the cost. This is the first question many people ask.
Because many people look at price first some software companies do not show their prices on their websites or brochures. This is not always an issue. But you should ask the property management salesperson why they don’t. It is not always because the software is very expensive. They may not show their prices for the following reasons:
- Some prospective buyers will not purchase software They think that if the software it too cheap that it is not good. The saying “you get what you pay for” should be taken into account when purchasing software. But it should not be the only factor. You don’t need to buy an expensive car if all you need is a car to get you where you are going reliably. Depending on your situation you may only need tenant leasing and ledger software. Then you should not get a software that has all the bells and whistles that you know you will never need or do not fit within you software model need. - Some prospective buyers will not purchase software because the price is too high. This may be a good reason not to purchase
